I am a Somatic Therapist with training in athletics, fitness, breathwork, yoga, trauma, bodywork, and the healing arts. After evaluating movement and performance I combine my skills in injury prevention and rehab, corrective exercise, and massage modalities. My goal is to teach the client something about their body, whether it be working towards freedom from pain, enhancing a sport skill, reducing stress, relaxation, or recovery from trauma.
