About Kelly

My focus is more neuromuscular style to address trigger points and get to the root cause of your discomfort. I combine that with some swedish techniques to provide a highly effective yet relaxing experience so you leave the session feeling recharged.

I work with clients from all walks of life with varying needs. I work with marathoners and tri-athletes both to prevent and recover from training injuries. I help relieve aches and pains from body changes throughout pregnancy. I relax busy moms who are stressed from carting their kids to a myriad of activities. I release shoulder, neck and low back tension from chronic computer strain and sitting all day.

These just highlight a few of the ways I use massage and/or yoga sessions to deliver results for my clients. Self-care is a huge part in maintaining balance in the body. I always give my clients simple stretches or other wellness tips at the end of each session as reminders to continue to take proper care between visits.

If you are ready to start feeling better and set yourself on a path to complete wellness, then contact me to schedule a session. I will call you back to confirm the details of your appointment and also answer any questions you may have. The time to start taking care of yourself is NOW.

I look forward to working with you!

Breathe in peace, breathe out stress
