About
Katie approaches each person with the belief that the body is born with tremendous self-healing potential, and that healing comes from within. She has learned that no two sessions are alike. Everyone has their own set of experiences and a unique relationship to their body which affects their personal massage style and needs. She uses this understanding, her skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, and a positive intention to help maintain wellness, balance, and harmony. She graduated from The Soma Institute in Chicago in 2010. She has completed continuing education in Tui Na, Shiatsu, Essential Oils, and Stress Relief. She completed her Reiki Master certification at Insight Awareness in Homewood, IL. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and She is currently a student in the 500 Hour Master Teacher Training program at Moksha Yoga in Chicago.
