#DONTMASSAGEANDDRIVE - That's right, I travel directly to you! By eliminating travel for you, it enhances your healing session.
My goal is to see your body be healed- this will take a few sessions. This is a task that cannot be done alone, together we will work to get the muscles rehabilitated to their natural position(s). You will have work to do when we are not in session, after all this is preventative health care work.
I specialize on folks who want to stay limber, who have been injured or who has Pre and Post Operative work done. Massage is more than relaxation; it's body work, to prepare the muscle tissues to be cut and mended without excess scar tissue and fluid buildup.
There are times folks may come to town for relaxation massages; I will do that work as well. Need a couples massage? I got you covered for that too. Those muscles are talking too, and I am listening.
In any case, we will discuss your needs and I will walk you through the process of the healing session goals. Your job while you're on the table is to breathe and allow me to manipulate your muscles back into place.
