About Lauren
Hi! My name is Lauren and I am passionate about bodywork and body movement. I specialize in Ashiatsu barefoot massage which has become my favorite modality to give. I also have extensive training in Thai massage which has led me to incorporating lots of stretching into my massage practice. I have also received training in yoga; therefore I enjoy suggesting take-home stretches or routines for my clients. I have been practicing massage since 2011 and continue to broaden my practice with continuing education courses. I strongly believe in the importance of listening to your body and giving it love thru bodywork, movement, diet, sleep and also true, deep breathing.
