I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Warm Bamboo, and Reiki. I also incorporate Trigger Point and Myofascial throughout the massage as needed. I am passionate about helping people find relief from everyday stress, learning about the connection between mental/emotional trauma, the way it manifests in our physical bodies, and how we can heal it through a holistic approach.
