Born and raised in Wyoming, Bethany understands what it means to be hands on and hardworking- not just for her but her clients. She attended Sheridan College and has a lifelong interest in body work, natural healing, and giving the body what it needs to function at its best. Whether you spend your days at a desk, at the ranch, or your early mornings on a run or bike ride Bethany can tailor your visit to specific requests. “I didn’t fully appreciate body work like massage until I became a distance runner and used my body extensively each day. Now I understand and cherish the body and mind for what it can accomplish if it is treated properly.”
