I received my training from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2003-2004 and opened my own practice soon after. I graduated from Jamestown College in 2000 with a BA in Physical Education and an emphasis in Athletic Training. I am a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Group Fitness Instructor for LESMILLS Body Pump and RPM. I am certified in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching and in the process of completing my Master Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy certification. I've been involved in athletics for over 20+ years and have seen first hand what the benefits massage, nutrition and fitness can offer a person, regardless of age.
I am a military spouse as well as a mother of two so I understand the stresses military families go through. I enjoy helping clients combine a workout program with massage therapy because it enhances everyday life and health. I offer military discounts as well as specials throughout the year. I love what I do and want to share my knowledge with those who are interested.
