About

After graduating from National Holistic Institute in 1996, I left my administrative job of twelve years to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.    During my time in that “job”, I knew I wanted a career helping people.   I  didn’t know what that path would be until I got a massage from my former boss, who had recently quit the company to do massage.   I was hooked, and knew THIS was it.

For almost 20 years, I have been blessed with wonderful clients.   It is such a joy to feel knots release in my hands, and  “brow frowns” to soften under my fingers.  To facilitate and be present for deep healing and relaxation is an honor.    My mission has changed over the years as I  explored different avenues, but I have discovered my true  passion has always been encouraging and teaching people to take good care of themselves.   Of course, this meant that I have had to grow myself both personally and professionally!

Two  major things I’ve added to my life and work are Reiki and Facelift Massage.  After becoming a Reiki Master, I found that it served me more as a spiritual path than a  professional one, but it definitely enhances all areas of my life, and complements each massage and skin care session.   I became a Licensed Esthetician in 2007 so I could do a complete facial along with the  unique Facelift Massage treatment I have created.

I believe maintaining healthy skin and a relaxed, nurtured body are part of a sincere approach to overall wellness. My goal is to mentor and guide You into creating optimal well-being in those areas, as they can spill into important areas of our lives such as our career, and relationships.    How we take care of ourselves is reflected back to us by our goals and in the eyes of other people.   It is not only OK to pamper ourselves, it is essential to our  sense of self love and appreciation.     It is part of being who we truly are.
