I am both a Manual Therapist and a Movement Therapist. I have been a Practicing Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997 and a Certified Practicing Yoga Therapist since 2004. I specialize in The Manual Articular Approach(Barral Institute) Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release (John Barnes and Tom Myers) and Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques - I integrate all of the above to my Yoga Therapy work depending on client needs.
