I have been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years specializing in therapeutic techniques (trigger point, muscle release technique, deep pressure, crossfiber) that bring forth healing to the body mind and spirit. Each massage session is specialized with the individual in mind. No routines. I incorporate the use of massage aids such as heat, massage gun, aromatherapy and essential oils to prepare your muscles and mind for release and relaxation. And end each session with a small prayer to complete the body mind and spirit connection.
My studio is located in a quiet relaxing and serene atmosphere where upon entering you instantly feel stress leaving and your peace returning.
