For more than 20 years I have helped many people improve their health through massage. I have studied Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Massage for the Childbearing Year, Fractal Anatomy and the Geometry of Healing, among many other modalities. I am a student of Alchemical Alignment to enhance my competence with Trauma-Informed bodywork. Each client I encounter receives a custom-tailored treatment specific to their needs and condition. I believe that we are dynamic, multi-sentient beings and that our path to whole health must include a positive connection to our bodies.
