With almost 40 years in practice, I'm as joyful as ever to help people who are experiencing pain and limitations to feel better, move better in their bodies with knowledge and confidence - to do the activities they want to do whether it's lifting grandchildren, hiking, wrestling lawn mowers or toddlers or simply walking with more ease. The human body and the human mind are remarkably plastique - meaning we CAN change patterns - A LOT. I love helping my patients establish confidence in moving through their lives. It's so doable!
