I have been practicing manual bodywork therapy since 2007, dedicating myself to building my practice and refining my craft. Through this journey, I have explored the depth and transformative power of the five bodies (physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual and mental) that compose and express the essence of Life within each of us.
I work with three core modalities: Craniosacral Therapy, Somatoemotional Release Therapy and Lymphatic Balancing.
