My primary style is Swedish Massage, with elements of deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. I work with my clients to develop a treatment plan and feel it should be a collaborative process so we can best achieve their goals. I believe strongly in self-care and a good work/life balance, and strive to help my clients meet their needs and reconnect with their bodies. In addition to standard massage, I also offer Grief Massage and Manual Lymph Drainage.
