As a licensed healthcare practitioner, I am committed to your health and well-being. And I am passionate about providing the best quality care experience for each of my clients. I came to massage as a musician and athlete, and I love what I do. I am skilled at helping my clients experience body based change. Change that brings relief from stress and pain, and returns ease and improved function and performance back into their daily lives. I bring a blend of approaches to my bodywork and massage, including Intra-oral, Oncology, Orthopedic and Sports massage, as well as Ortho-Bionomy. I offer 18 years of experience treating for wellness, pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation as well as more complex conditions resulting from injuries and functional related challenges. And it’s not uncommon for my clients to receive concurrent treatment by an acupuncturist, chiropractor, occupational or physical therapist, and/or other medical and mental health professionals. In preparation for treatment my clients have the choice of whether to be fully clothed or disrobed and draped to their level of comfort. During treatment, feedback may be solicited and is a welcomed addition to the outcome of any session. I offer treatments in a private practice setting (Aware Body Care, PLLC).
