I started Aurora Body Therapy in 2007 to bring balance and healing to my community. The hectic world we live in creates stress on our bodies that can then turn into minor aches and pains, which if not addressed can turn into chronic pain and/or injury. Massage works out the kinks in the muscles, flushes the toxins out of your body and sets you back on the road to balance and health.I have been trained in over eight different modalities of massage including but not limited to: Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports Therapy, Deep Tissue, Positional Release, Neuro-Muscular Rehabilitation (NMR), and Trigger Point Therapy to name a few. What this means for you, is that you will receive a massage tailored specifically to your body and your needs.Trigger Point Therapy addresses the pain at the source, not just where you feel the pain. Knowing the origin of the problem ensures that you will receive the best, most efficient care and use of your time as possible. I also offer Chair massages for Offices, Corporate events, and Home or Corporate Parties. Chair massage is perfect for the corporate environment as there is very little set up needed, employees do not have to dress a particular way as they will be fully clothed on the chair, appointments are approximately 20 minutes each allowing for more employees per hour to receive care, and most importantly, it is geared to addressing the most prevalent of tension areas, namely the neck, shoulders, back and arms. Located conveniently near 880/280, I have office hours from 10 am - 6 pm M-F, and some evening appointments. I also do outcalls to your location.
