I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and am committed to providing a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. When my clients come in for their appointment, we work together to create an individual treatment plan. Some common goals that I work with on with my clients are managing stress, and decreasing pain and repetition strain injuries. Some of the modalities I’m trained in include Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, & Myofascial Release.
