About
I'm a firm believer in the effectiveness of massage and bodywork therapy for pain relief, relaxation, circulation and ease of movement. I find my practice very rewarding, and enjoy helping my clients reach their wellness goals. I have worked in various settings including spa, health club, retirement community and hospice. In addition to my private practice, I currently work with residents at several retirement communities on a contract basis providing yoga and massage therapy.
