David Perkins

In my massage practice I offer chair and table massage. I am trained in the modalities of Sports, Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hydro Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre-Natal, Hot stones, Aromatherapy, and Chair massage. Through intuitive variations of rhythm, pressure, speed, and technique coupled together,  I am able to relax the muscle with optimal pressure and depth while the muscle is in a shortened state. This allows me to elongate the muscle to it's original length and promote self healing. It is with much gratitude and respect I welcome you to my practice and passion.
