About
In over 19 years of working as a massage therapist and energy healer I realized that trauma is the 'ghost in the machine' that prevents lasting healing and transformation. The anxiety, pain, fear and multiple experiences of trauma are symptoms of a nervous system frozen in time. My trauma informed work helps clients build the capacity and resources needed to gently release the freeze and all the energy contained therein. I have witnessed them becoming more grounded, present, effective and alive right before my eyes. It is the most amazing thing I have ever seen.
