I include multiple massage modalities, tailored to the client's individual needs, including traditional Swedish and deep tissue as well as Lymphatic, Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy. I will include Reflexology, Accupressure techniques and Positional Release Techniques when applicable. I am certified in Prenatal Massage and as a Bones for Life Teacher. I enjoy giving and receiving massage and look forward to meeting and assisting new clients have a memorable massage experience.
