I am passionate about helping people. I specialize in therapeutic massage with the intention of correcting postural deviations. I also educate my clients to help them provide self care their own pain. I am licensed as a certified massage therapist in Virginia since 2014. I am also an insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Lastly, I am also a certified personal and small group trainer.
