Holistic methods I offer include a variety of Bodywork, Massage Therapies, Deep Tissue, Deep Feet Bar Therapy, Energy work, Acupressure, Tai Chi for Ealth , Wellness classes, etc., and most important the understanding and compassion to use these methods on the body effectively. Each session is individually customized per the client's requests & needs - No one client is the same.
