My love of massage and its healing effects make it a joy to be able to share. I feel every body is unique. I approach each session with an open heart and mind to work with each individual from where they're at. I'm a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where I've been trained in multiple massage modalities including Swedish, Thai and Orthopedic. I also have additional training in Pregnancy massage, Energy Work, Aromatherapy, and Body Mobilization Techniques.
