I specialize in deep tissue massage and myofascial therapy, and I'm dedicated to providing relief from pain while encouraging flexibility.

I currently do NOT offer Relaxation massage, only deep tissue bodywork. I do work to your pressure, but my clients tend to find relief when I address tight areas.

Each session incorporates the following techniques to address your areas of pain and tension:

• Myofascial release, to eliminate pain and restore range of motion and mobility by applying gentle sustained pressure to connective tissue restrictions.
• Deep tissue massage releases chronic tension in the innermost layers of of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.
• Hawaiian LomiLomi Lapa`au combines the elements of deep tissue massage, stretching, and myofascial release, while giving mobility to the body's key structural units and joints.
