I live and work in the greater Los Angeles area. My practice focuses on client needs, both as they are reported and as they are discovered during the massage. Every individual is unique, every client brings a different history to the massage table. You may carry pain, stress and fatigue in your shoulders, your back, or your feet! As we move through the muscles and joints, we may find that the specific area of tension or injury is associated with other parts of the body. The goal is to work with you to be able to bring your whole body to a place of rest and relaxation. The strength that returns with that will be felt as you get off the table and feel ready to go!!
