Claire is the founder of Hearth & Hammer. She has been practicing bodywork since 2012, blending clinical training with a desert‑forged, blue‑collar work ethic. An Arizona native, she graduated from the ASIS Massage Education and has remained rooted in the field ever since — working for ASIS in admissions, administration, and education since 2018, and later becoming an instructor for the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
Across her career, Claire has worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers, supporting clients through recovery, performance demands, post‑surgical healing, and long‑term pain patterns. Her experience spans athletes, fighters, weekend warriors, desk-dwellers, and everyday people navigating complex physical challenges. She is trained in multiple lymphatic methodologies, including Klose and ACOLS, and brings oncology‑informed awareness into her work.
Her approach is shaped by the people who raised her: a family of truck drivers, cement workers, servicemen, and craftsmen. Their steady, hardworking ethos is the backbone of her practice — grounded, honest, and built to last.
