I have been a Certified Massage Therapist for over ten years. Skilled in: Swedish,Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Sports Massage. Certified in: Releasing the Rotator Cuff Muscles.
Over the past ten years I have had the opportunity to receive training and work with some amazing people who have helped to enhance my techniques. Externship with the Indianapolis Indians- sports massage and stretching. I've also developed skills by working in three Chiropractors' offices to be able to assess and help treat chronic and acute injuries/pain.
