Amy Lynn Steinwald

Amy Steinwald:I am originally from North Dakota and recently relocated from Chicago to Texas. I am a former ballet and modern dancer and graduated from college with a BA in Dance Movement Therapy. My passion is using my many years of experience and education to empower my clients to move toward and maintain a pain free and active lifestyle especially as they age.I do this through bodywork techniques such as Myofascial Release and Craniosacral therapy and corrective exercise.
