Kristen Young graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle, WA in 2010. She has training in Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, as well as myofascial release and pregnancy massage. Kristen enjoys helping others live a happier, healthier, and reduced stress lifestyle through her therapeutic touch. "I love that the body has its own capability to heal itself, it still continues to amaze me!" Kristen describes her typical massage as therapeutic with moderate pressure, addressing the specific needs of each individual; creating an overall relaxing whole-body experience. Outside of massage Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, being out in the sun, and baking. Her advice for anyone new to massage is "Just try it! You will be surprised at how it can benefit you!"
