I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2009, providing individualized therapeutic massage in a quiet, private practice in Lenoir City. Every session is shaped around the person on the table—not a standard routine. My work combines years of hands-on experience with structural integration, muscle testing, focused therapeutic techniques, and restorative bodywork. I help clients address chronic tension, recurring pain patterns, restricted movement, physical stress, and the accumulated effects of demanding lives. Clients value my ability to listen to the body, adjust pressure and technique as needed, and create a safe, comfortable environment for effective work. Sessions are available by appointment.
