Mary's work is inspired by the Japanese word “Enso”, a manifestation of one or two brush strokes forming a Zen circle, expressing a moment when the mind is free to let the body create, allowing the individual to contemplate enlightenment. To this end, much of Mary’s technique is performed in a gentle, rhythmic, circular fashion allowing the client to deeply relax and find a quite inner space.
