   I specialize in swedish massage, muscle therapy or deep tissue massge with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones,  reflexology,  cranial sacral therapy and reiki. The goal is to relieve muscular congestion and tension, increase circulation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and calm the nervous system. I also have recommendations of simple back exercises with gentle yoga poses to improve posture and to strengthen upper and lower back muscles. I believe regularly scheduled massages can greatly improve your overall well being and mood.
