Coming from a background of ballet training and yoga practice, Sharon has a strong understanding of the mechanics of the human body. In addition, she is able to assess (through various methods) the balance of the muscular system, mind/body integration, and energetic principles that govern health and well-being.
Each session is unique and specialized based on each individual's needs at the time. Working from various models of coaching, bodywork, and massage popular today, each session is focused on creating the most beneficial outcome possible.
