2013 Research Conference Announced
Save the Date for the "2013 International Massage Therapy Research Conference - Presented by the Massage Therapy Foundation." This conference, formerly known as the "Highlighting Massage Therapy in Complementary and Integrative Medicine Research Conference," will take place April 25-27, 2013, in historic Boston, Massachusetts, at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center.
This is the third Research Conference hosted by the Massage Therapy Foundation, bringing together massage and manual therapy practitioners, educators, CIM researchers, allied health professionals, and others interested in massage research. More about our previous conferences.

Case Report Deadlines

Research Track CE at AMTA National Convention 2011
Registration is open for the AMTA 2011 National Convention which will take place in Portland, Oregon, October 19-22, 2011. There are several research-track education sessions to choose from. Visit the MTF website for complete details and to register.
After the convention, stay around for the "Massage Therapy Foundation's Post Convention Workshop: Integral Anatomy Intensive" with Gil Hedley. It's on Sunday and Monday, October 23-24, and worth 12 CEs. Read the full Post-Convention class description and register.
IJTMB Now Indexed in PubMed Central
The MTF is pleased to announce that the International Journal of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (IJTMB) is now indexed in PubMed Central (PMC). PMC is a free digital archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM).
