Board Special Election Results

With the election of Winona Bontrager (PA) to the position of Vice President and the election of Glenath Moyle (OR) to the position of President-Elect both effective March 1, 2010, the AMTA board held a special election in accordance with policy to fill the year vacancies in the positions of Member-at-Large and Vice President respectively.

Dolly Wallace (MI) was elected to replace Winona. Bill Greenberg (CT) was elected to replace Glenath. Both will begin their terms on March 1, 2010.

Dolly most recently served on the AMTA Planning Committee and the Government Relations Committee, serving as chair of that committee from 2004-2007. Bill currently serves on the National Board in the office of Vice President and is also the Finance Committee chair. Bill’s current board term ends in March 2010 when he will assume the last year of Glenath’s term.

The board warmly welcomes Dolly and Bill to serve AMTA members in 2010-11.
