Education Requirements

• 500 education hours from a board-approved massage therapy school.

These hours must include:

• • • 100 hours of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and contraindications for massage therapy
      
      
    • 100 hours of technical training, and all portions of the school’s curriculum pertaining to personal hygiene, sanitation, ethics, and professional standards
