Description
The Western North Carolina School of Massage is a leader in Massage Therapy education with a cutting-edge curriculum design balancing the art and science of Massage. Our 600-hour Diploma Program offers a mindfulness-focused education in classical massage therapy with 100 hours of specialty training in Neuromuscular Therapy, which includes an introduction to Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and orthopedic assessment/treatment protocols.
This program is more than just an education; it's an experience. Each day begins with mindfulness meditation, yoga, tai-chi, or other related self-care activities that are designed to ensure personal and professional growth for our students along with a mindset ready for success.
