Having been in practice for 25 years, I have found that I love deep tissue work as well as CST, Swedish, and prenatal massage. Whether you are dealing with chronic neck or lower back pain, or need maintenance to keep moving your best, we will work together to find the best strategies to help you feel better. I often incorporate cupping therapy into my sessions to aid in the release of tight fascia and scar tissue. Home visits are currently offered. I look forward to working with you!
