In my practice I put the emphasis on the "whole person" Body, Mind and Lifestyle. Through my extensive assessments I incorporate a balance of corrective flexibility and strengthening exercises combined with massage therapy to address the muscle imbalances and help improve their posture and movement so that they can do the activities of daily life with less stress and more ease.
