Dan is an advanced Structural Integrator (Rolf Method - fascia work), a Licensed Massage Therapist with thousands of hours of hands-on Bodywork & Massage Therapy schooling, and a Comprehensive Yoga Therapist with thousands of hours of Yoga Therapy training & teaching.
With a deep appreciation for bodywork, anatomy, fitness, yoga, martial arts, nutrition, holistic healing, and health & healing topics of all kinds, Dan provides for a unique massage therapy experience that invigorates, renews, and opens the tissues of the body.
Services:
Connective Tissue / MyoFascia Massage - Recommended!
Releases restrictions in and lengthens your structure/structural cells (Fascia/Connective Tissue). Contact is broad, slow, and intentional. Results are cumulative session-to-session, more so than traditional massage.
Structural Integration – Rolf Method ("S.I.") - Recommended!
A comprehensive multi-session fascia work series. 75-90 minutes each session. S.I. aligns and balances the body, allowing the muscles to move more effectively. When the fascia is released, the body can return to the proper position, ease comes into the structure, and posture becomes invigorated.
Therapeutic Massage
A healing blend of Osteopathic, Neuropathic, and Swedish - all within a single rejuvenating session.
Deep Tissue
A deeper touch that relieves tension, stress, & pain. Promotes blood flow.
