I have practiced the art of massage most of my life. I am honored to share my gift to all that cross my path. My mission is to help release tension the muscle groups hold on to. My approach is body, mind, soul, spirit. Most of my clients are athletes of all levels recreational, to professional. I do stretching techniques for all muscle groups. I also do joint work. I believe in the kinetic chain and my body work follows that belief. My practice belongs to my clients. It is a quite, cozy place. I like to say," this is your second home." I like to see clients at least once a month.
