I am Alyssa M. Nelson, the MASSAAH'G Engineer and the founder of MASSAAH'G Bodywork and Coaching, LLC.
I serve spiritually exhausted women and men who have carried too much for too long. The leaders. The caregivers. The ones who keep showing up while their own body whispers, then pleads, then finally demands to be heard. My work is faith rooted, trauma aware, and evidence based. I blend skilled therapeutic bodywork with whole person support so you can feel safer in your nervous system, steadier in your breath, and clearer in your next steps.
MASSAAH'G is the journey I built from my own healing and the stories I have been trusted to hold. It is a guided path from GROUND to CROWN. Three phases. Ten steps. We begin with what is real today. Pain patterns, tension, fatigue, stress, sleep, mobility, and the places you have been bracing without even realizing it. Then we rebuild from the foundation up.
Not with force. With wisdom, consent, and consistency. In our work together, you will receive opportunities to experience therapeutic massage and neuromuscular bodywork, behavior regulation practices, nutritional support, corrective exercise, hypnotherapy, and spiritual coaching. Every session is personalized. Every step is paced to your readiness. We listen to your words and we listen to the body. Then we listen to what is whispering or crying out from between them both.
I believe healing is not about performance...
Healing is a return.
Healing is remembrance.
Healing is a reconnection to the love and truth already within us.
I also believe in measurable progress. Tracking is not vanity. Tracking is feedback. Feedback is necessary for GROWTH. We pay attention to what changes, what softens, what strengthens, and what becomes possible when your body is no longer living in survival mode.
