Christine Marie Hellberg

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Christine first entered the wellness field by becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher. Her love of movement and breath that yoga cultivated led her to continue exploring the body through massage. In 2010 Christine graduated from the Lancaster School of Massage. While working one-on-one with clients through massage and bodywork, Christine found her passion and purpose. Christine has not only witnessed her client’s transformation through bodywork; she experienced firsthand the power of massage and bodywork to relieve chronic pain and significantly improve quality of life. 

Christine is constantly researching and learning more about continuing education in order to provide the best and most comprehensive care to her clients. Everyone is an individual and therefore requires individual and specialized care.  For this reason, clients leave with much more than an hour of relaxation. Christine strives to educate and empower people to live life with more vitality by giving clients tools to take with them and make their sessions last longer.

Christine holds advanced certification in the Trager Approach, Amino Neurofrequency Therapy, and Movement Coaching. These give our clients more options and a unique and individual approach to their health and healing.

When Christine’s not working with clients, you can find her teaching at the Lancaster School of Massage, hiking with her dog, exploring different ways of moving her body, reading, and enjoying time with friends and family.
