As a Licensed Massage Therapist of 16 years, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor---I draw on my overall body works experience to design therapeutic massage sessions that are both effective and relaxing. Among the population I successfully work with are professional dancers and athletes, musicians/ performing artists, and overall general clients experiencing various conditions, i.e. lower back pain, neck/shoulder pain, stress and numerous orthopedic/ neuro-muscular concerns.
