In 1998, the demand for qualified Massage Therapists led to the creation of Rizzieri Aveda School of Massage. Rizzieri Aveda School of Massage is accredited by COMTA (Commission of Massage Therapy Accreditation) and provides comprehensive instruction on the art of massage therapy.
Rizzieri Aveda School of Massage seeks to prepare its students for successful employment through diversified training, professional standards and practical business application. We believe that learning is best facilitated in a safe and nurturing environment and feel that the student’s individual journey of self-discovery is as equally important as their academic education.
Rizzieri Aveda School of Massage relies on its unique blends of the arts and the sciences to formulate its curriculum. We aim to reach the balance between eastern and western thoughts behind holistic wellness. We believe in client-centered care, instructing our students in techniques of relaxation and clinical approaches in a massage.
Our educators are experts in their craft and practitioners in the field. They are all State licensed and have multiple advanced specialty certifications; including: Oncology, Reiki, Medicinal Aromatherapy, Neuromuscular, and Nutrition.
