A Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy graduate, Adrienne is neuromuscular and sports massage veteran. Since 1996 she has been offering a wide variety of modalities including trigger point therapy, sports massage, treatment an prevention of sports injuries, event sports massage (pre-event and post-event), myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, PNF, Russian massage, and orthopedic massage. Her work is versatile, specific, and therapeutic. She specializes in chronic pain management and injury rehabilitation. Adrienne’s training began with a 1,000 hour state accredited certification as a Neuromuscular, Sports & Therapeutic Massage Therapist. She has since continued her studies over the past couple decades with courses such as Neurokinetic Therapy™ (NKT™), Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex (PDTR), Anatomy In Motion (AIM) and is also a certified clinical herbalist. Some common ailments she works with include chronic headaches/migraines, muscle tension, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, pelvic floor dysfunction, whiplash, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, epicondylitis, nerve impingements, thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ, fibromyalgia. and various sports and accident related injuries.
Adrienne spent more than a decade coaching competitive swim teams and teaching people of all ages to swim. Having the luxury of observing athletes in motion and applying her bodywork knowledge was an invaluable experience. Assessing bodies and making them functional again has become a passion. Whether it be for sport, hobby, work, or more general, Adrienne makes it her mission to get you back in action. She truly loves her work and it shows.
