I have been in Body Works for over 45 years as an athlete, personal trainer, and health care practitioner. 10 years as an EMT and Rescue worker, both diving and in the mountains, has given me adaptability in my practice. I've been receiving and doing massages since I was 10 years old. As an athlete, it was just part of our training lifestyle. In the 19 years, I've been a licensed Massage Therapist, I regularly refresh my skills and add to my toolbox of modalities to create an individualized treatment plan for each client/patient. I have worked in insurance, clinical, spa, and orthopedic rehabilitation in my years as a therapist. My clientele range from NFL Professional Football Players, MLB Professional Baseball Players, Entertainers, Pro Tennis Players, and other professional athletes to active and injury-recovering elders.

My specialty is in Orthopedic Rehabilitation. I take Workmans' Comp and No-Fault and Tricare Insurance Claims.These are some of the modalities I use in my practice and treatment and some of the populations I treat.
