About Karen

Assisting people in the Madison area for more than 20 years, Karen Hoyem, a Certified CranioSacral Therapist, aides you with a variety of techniques relating to your healing priorities.  CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is wonderful for head, neck, shoulder, back and other muscle aches, healing old injuries and surgeries, and is very relaxing for adults and children.  Most headaches, for example, will clear within an hour session.   Advanced CranioSacral Therapy may include SomatoEmotional Release and/or working within the mouth (with gloves) for assisting recovery from dental work, healing TMJ dysfunction and rebalancing from injuries, braces being tightened, etc.  CST is great for many other health conditions, too.  It may be combined with Touch for Health for balancing and strengthening 42 muscles, your meridians and energy.  Touch for Health includes self help techniques for emotional stress release and body strength and balance with advanced injury recovery options, too.  Sessions also may include Neurovascular Integration, acupressure, lymph, reflexology and other bodywork techniques for body, mind, emotion and spirit healing to meet your needs.  Call or email for more information.  Mention this site for $10 off an introductory hour session!
